Booking Policy and Pricing Sheet

Please read through these policies entirely before submitting an inquiry. These rules ensure that I can focus 100% on the quality of your artwork and provide a professional experience at Black Atlas Studios in Pilsen.

Project Inquiries & Consultations I specialize in high-contrast Black & Grey Realism, Geometric, Illustrative, and Color Realism. To ensure the best result, all new projects require a mandatory consultation unless we’ve already locked in a plan.

To keep the process moving, your inquiry must include:

  • A detailed description of the concept.

  • Reference images (art, photos, or lighting examples).

  • A clear photo of the area being tattooed (straight on, good lighting).

  • Style preference: Realism, Geometric, or Illustrative.

  • Note: I do not perform lettering or script projects of any kind.

Rate Structure Transparency on pricing helps us stay focused on the art. My current rates are:

  • Hourly Rate: $250

  • Half-Day Session (4 Hours): $850

  • Full-Day Session (8–9 Hours): $1500

  • Shop Minimum: $200 (For projects under 1 hour)

Deposits & Payments

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A $200 deposit is required to secure your appointment date. This is not an extra fee; it is credited toward the final cost of your tattoo on the day of the session.

  • Payment: Cash is highly encouraged and preferred for the balance.

  • Digital Deposits: Zelle or Chase Quick Pay can be used for deposits only. Send to Navilesart@gmail.com.

Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • 72-Hour Notice: If you need to move your date, I require at least 72 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule last minute, you may face a 2–3 month wait for the next available opening.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit is forfeited immediately.

The Design Process I do not send out designs days in advance. To ensure the tattoo perfectly fits your anatomy and muscle flow, designs are finalized in person on the day of the appointment. This allows us to make real-time adjustments for the best possible longevity and aesthetic.

Communication To prevent details from being missed, please keep all replies within the same email thread. I do not manage bookings or design changes via Instagram DM.n text goes here
